This is our basic ordering form (you can use this to fill out your own order if you wish). This is done in Microsoft Word.

Instructions for (Microsoft Word) Job Order Form: You can't tab from one text area to another, you can from line to line in the same box though. Do not delete text that is already in the quantity, cost, and total boxes (otherwise the form won't be able to automatically add up the cost of your order for you). To obtain your total at the end just right click on the TOTAL and select UPDATE FIELD to get your total figure.
